ZeroSole Reliever Custom Insoles

An innovative, fully customisable solution that actually works
Made up of individual hexagon ‘cells’ that can be manually removed using just your fingers and thumbs, our ZeroSole Reliever insoles – a patented class 1 medical device – are fully customisable. The innovative, scissor-free technology of our shoe inserts for corns, calluses, and other site specific foot pain, means you can adjust each one to suit you and your feet.

In turn, you’re able to achieve an effective and bespoke offloading solution that provides instant relief so that you’re able to get back on your feet again.

Meanwhile, the thin, streamline and discrete design of our shoe inserts for corns, calluses and foot pain means they can be used inside a wide variety of popular footwear brands, making this product a highly versatile and convenient way to treat foot lesions and foot pain at home.

ZeroSole is suitable for:
  • Designed for corns, callus and other painful pressure-induced foot lesions
  • Designed for everyday use
  • Not suitable for people with peripheral neuropathy or active foot wounds

Tackle the cause of corns and calluses
Unlike corn and callus plasters that need replacing regularly, our insoles act as a healthier and more hygienic long-term prevention for pressure-induced foot pain. While plasters can peel away too quickly, causing damage to the skin, our insoles offer a long-term, more comfortable and convenient way to treat this specific foot problem.

What’s more, corn and callus plasters do not effectively tackle the main cause of these foot lesions, failing to offload and sufficiently redistribute pressure across the whole foot and therefore not managing or treating your symptoms.

You can trust our ZeroSole Reliever insoles to do just that – directly tackle and target the root cause of the problem. In fact, our insoles have been proven to reduce pressure by 28% when used in standard footwear compared to footwear without our ZeroSole Reliever insole.

How the product works:

Made up of individual hexagon ‘cells’ that can be manually removed using just your fingers and thumbs, our insoles are fully customisable. The innovative, scissor-free technology of our shoe inserts for corns, calluses, and other site specific foot pain, means you can adjust each one to suit you and your feet.

How to use:
  • Use a pair of scissors to cut along the chosen pre-cut size guide. If unsure of your shoe size, trim a small amount at a time until it fits well within the shoe.
  • Remove the double-sided sticker from the sticker pack.
  • Make sure the foot is dry and hasn’t been moisturised before using the double-sided sticker. Peel the tab back to peel off half of the liner (1) from the sticker and place the bottom (full sticky) side of the sticker directly over the foot lesion.
  • Rest your thumb over the half-moon sticky side of the sticker and peel off the second half of the liner by peeling off the remaining tab (2).
  • Align, place and press down the foot on top of the ZeroSole insole to transfer the sticker to the insole.
  • Pick up the insole and pressure your thumbs onto the sticker to locate which hexagon(s) need to be removed.
  • Grip the selected hexagon(s) one at a time and, slowly tear the hexagon away from the insole so that a cavity is created. Place the insole inside the shoe, ensuring any removable inserts have been removed from the shoe before fitting the ZeroSole insole inside.
